Office 2007 Online Preview

Microsoft has put up an online “Beta 2 Test Drive” for people who are on the fence about upgrading. In case you don’t want to install the actual Beta for fears that it’ll interfere with your older version of office, this preview lets you check out what’s new—and what’s not. All you need is IE 5.5 or later and the Citrix Browser Plugin.

MS Wireless Keyboard is just 360′s type

The Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 4000 (not the Bluetooth version) connects to the 360 without hassle. I'm not sure if this functionality was added with Spring update or if it always worked. Range is paltry five feet. Still, a wireless keyboard is a nice alternative to pecking out those long, babbling rants..

360 Black Knight – Limited Edition

Team Xtender just announced the winner of the XCM 360 Full Case side panel design contest. The winning design — entitled "Black Knight" — was created by a mysterious individual known only as Hector, and comes in both red and blue LED varieties. Team Xtender plans to run a small production of this limited edition design so, if you want one you'd best hurry.

Original Xbox game saves on the 360

Someone figured out how to get Xbox game saves onto the Xbox 360 using Datel's XSATA Xbox 360 Hard Drive Space Saver and 360 Xplorer. Not only that, he made a video tutorial for the rest of us (see above). Finally, going back (compat) doesn't have to mean starting over.
